Where a provider processes data outside the European Union it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or under an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

We update this page whenever a provider is added or replaced, and tell account holders by email before a new provider handles their data. The date at the top shows the current version. How we use data in the first place is set out in our Privacy Policy.
